Service Description
In this one hour session, Andrea will actively listen to your life experience within your mind, body, spirit, and heart. Feeling through the emotions and experiences that are ready to be felt through, is how we get to the other side, which is freedom. Andrea will support you in many dynamic ways so you can practically apply tools and resources in your life to create the life and feelings within you that you most desire. This session is also ideal for those integrating from Earth Medicine Ceremonies and will incorporate your experience from Ceremony and how to navigate back into your default mode lives. Aspects may include, though, not limited to, active listening, spiritual and life guidance coaching, retraining the brain from limiting beliefs, meditation, breath work, journeying, diet and lifestyle changes, new realistic routines, discussions around exploring other healing modalities that you may be ready for, and much more. This session is held virtually, via zoom.
